This service is designed to serve persons who return to their own home each night. An individualized plan of care is developed to assure proper health and medication management, involvement in activity programming and social interaction. Daily hot meals are served during the prearranged hours of stay. Adult daycare hours are available Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Fees:        $31.25 per day . . . . . . 0 - 5 hours                               $62.50 per day . . . . . . 6 - 10 hours

Additional services available on a fee for service basis include therapy, beauty shop and transportation.

This service is designed to provide short term care (less than 14 days) to an individual when it is necessary to relieve family members or other person caring for the individual at home. An individualized plan of care is developed and services include room and board, laundry, housekeeping, dietary, activities, restorative therapy, nursing, Chaplaincy, social services and transportation.

Fees:  Individuals receiving Respite Care will be billed at the lowest Case Mix Rate as defined on rate classification for the current calendar year.
